Regional Helpdesk Centres

Roxar Software support operate a system of regional helpdesks to provide a continuous email and telephone support service during your local office hours. They are equipped to handle most queries, but also have access to specialist help and relevant programmers when the need arises.

If you require support for Irap RMS, Tempest, Resview II or VisualVoxAT, please contact your nearest regional support centre referring to the map below.  Regional support centres are staffed during local office hours.  Should you require out of hours service, please contact a regional desk in the appropriate time zone.
