There is no substitute for on-site support services. Roxar Global Services provides you with on-site service through its experienced and highly skilled service engineers located across the globe.
On-site support includes a professional commissioning and meter start-up services, such as measurement validation services, configuration and calibration, software upgrades and system improvement, through to regular preventative maintenance services.
Excellent field performance can only be obtained by use of highly skilled, experienced and motivated personnel, who are in possession of adequate tools, procedures and routines when needed. In addition, active support from the home office- before, during, and after job execution-is a pre-requisite for success.
Our resource pool encompasses personnel categories ranging from Field Technicians and Service Engineers to Operations Supervisors and Project Managers.
Safety is always a key focus as proven by our outstanding track record over the years. We maintain an Emergency Preparedness Program in order to always be available to support regular as well as non-regular calls from our field personnel.
