Spare Parts Management

Based on operational experience, it is anticipated that from time to time spare parts will be required to support service and maintenance operations.

 

Roxar offers two different approaches to Spare Parts Management:

Front-Line Stock Holding

Given the specialist nature of the product, the remote nature of the operating locations, the demand for meter availability and metering up-time during operations, critical spare parts can be located on-site of operation, which can be mobilized at short notice to support ongoing preventive maintenance and repair activities.
 
Front-line stock holding offers the following benefits to the customer:
 
Immediate availability of spare parts
Minimizes any meter downtime caused by product defect
Support ongoing preventive maintenance and repair activities.
• Minimum transportation time.

Spare Parts Consignment

Roxar can undertake to hold critical spares, which can be mobilised at short notice to the operational site. These spares shall be owned by Roxar and stored at our regional office in the client’s area for an annual fee. This service guarantees immediate availability as the needed parts can be dispatched when need for shipment to site arises. Upon dispatch to the site, parts shall equally be owned by the client.

Spare Parts will be kept in good condition and revised/enhanced when necessary by Roxar qualified technicians. Replenishment of used spares is only done after prior agreement and separate order.
