Roxar awarded multiphase flow meter contract from FMC Technologies
Roxar ASA (Oslo Børs: ROX), a technology solutions provider to the upstream oil and gas industry, today announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from FMC Technologies, the world's leading supplier of subsea production and processing systems, to supply subsea multiphase flow meters. The flow meters will be included in FMC’s deliveries to the Pazflor project offshore West Africa. Total value of the order will be approximately USD 15 million.

On 2 October 2007 the general assembly of Roxar AS, the wholly owned subsidiary of Roxar ASA resolved to demerge Roxar AS by liquidation of Roxar AS and incorporating three new entities.
