Roxar Opens Danish Office in Esbjerg

Office To Meet Growing Customer Base and Service Recent Multi-Million Dollar Contract with Major Scandinavian Operator

Roxar, a leading technology solutions provider to the upstream oil and gas industry, today announced the opening of its new office in the city of Esbjerg in South West Denmark.

The office will initially be home to seven staff in Roxar’s Flow Measurement division and is Roxar’s seventh wholly owned European office – the others being Bergen, Oslo and Stavanger in Norway; and Aberdeen, London and Oxford in the UK.

The Esbjerg office will serve Roxar’s growing regional customer base and follows the recent signing of a two year frame agreement with one of Scandinavia’s leading oil and gas operators to provide PDMS (Permanent Downhole Monitoring Systems) to the operator’s wells in the Danish sector of the North Sea.

Under the multi-million dollar contract, Roxar will provide project planning, installation and maintenance services to help the operator maximize its investment in downhole instrumentation and ensure reliable real-time data from all locations.
